Do you own non-residential premises and want to rent them to the Žabka store?
We are looking for non-residential premises for long-term lease for the development of our network of Žabka retail stores.
Our criteria
Location:
- Suitable examples: squares, pedestrian zones, residential areas
- The highest possible frequency of human movement
- Availability of public transport connections
Technical requirements:
- Sales area from 70 to 120 square meters (plus facilities)
- Ground floor, the possibility of entering the store from the street
- At least 1 interpretation
- Space for advertising banners
